Additionally, our 12m x 6m pool is fenced and alarmed for added peace of mind, and offers a spacious patio area with loungers where you can relax and soak up the sun. Surrounded by enchanting forests and vineyards, our farmhouse offers a peaceful setting, yet remains conveniently close to popular destinations such as Bordeaux, St Emilion, and Cognac, perfect for wine enthusiasts. For those seeking beachside relaxation, Royan and Arcachon are also within easy reach.

You'll find all the necessary amenities within the local village, including a baker, grocer, butcher, and bar. Larger supermarkets, banks, and a chemist are less than 10 minutes away for your convenience.
