This villa was renovated in 2007 and possesses a lot of charm while being situated in a very quiet area. It enjoys a top location, being extremely close to Canoubier beach (only 150m away) and just 1.5 km from Saint Tropez. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the film locations of "Saint Tropez Sous le Soleil" and the famous villa of Brigitte Bardot, "La Madrague" (only 700m away).With a short drive that avoids any traffic congestion, you can easily reach Pampelonne and Salins beach. The villa offers 2 suites and 2 rooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet.
The beautiful swimming pool (13m x 4m) and landscaped garden provide a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Moreover, there is a coastal path leading directly to Saint Tropez.
The rooms are spread across the ground floor and first floor, each having independent access.
